At a meeting of Women’s Institutes held in Auckland recently, Mm. R. Kelso, of Paraparaumu (editor of Home and Country, tho Institute journal) made a brilliant, forceful and sincere speech on the value that this movement is to the country women, many of whom were being saved, from mental breakdown by its help.
