FINDING SUCCESSOR TO SLR ERIC DRUMMOND New York Times Broadcast GENEVA, April 20. New 7 ton D. Baker is mentioned hero as a possible successor to Sir Eric Drummond as .Secretary-General of the League of Nations next year. Sir Eric will resign at the end of this year. International jealousies and the lack or an outstanding member candidate may compel the League Council to call upon an American.
