PERSONALITIES
The death occurred in a Dunedin private hospital on Saturday night at the age of 82 of Rev. Dr. Waddell, the wellknown writer, who for many years was minister of St. Andrew’s Church, Dunedin. The death occurred last evening in Wellington of Mr. John Henry Casson Bond, Dominion superintendent of the New Zealand Shipping Company, aged GO. Ho underwent an operation on Thursday and appeared to be recovering, but succumbed to a heart attack. Wiggins, Mr. and Mrs. Stormont (Auckland), Mrs. R. Parley, Mrs. Holden (Wanganui), Mr. and Mrs. Frank Hudson (Nelson), Mr. H. J. Williams (Melbourne), Miss Bourke, Mrs. Hart (Gisborne), Miss A. Robertson (Ranfurly), Mrs. Ilallwright (Wairoa).
