Wrong Man Pays Penalty in Prison Riot

One convict was killed and two others were wounded in a prison riot at Stoney Mountain penitentiary. Thomas Jones and William Gorda, bank robbers, attacked two guards in the prison yard with stone hammers. The guards fired, wounding both, and a bullet ricochettcd, killing Mike Bihun, an automobile thief, who was taking no part in tho riot,
