Fine Programme at Girls’ Music Club
A most interesting programme was presented by members of the Palmerston North Girls’ Alusiu Club last evening, a very high standard being attained by the performers. The studio was charmingly adorned with tall vases of Aliehaclmas daisy and dahlias, and at the conclusion of the programme a dainty supper was served. The president ’(Airs. J. K. Paton) extended a welcome to the visitors and new members and expressed gratification at the large attendance. Tho new members welcomed were Alisses H. Aluir, I. Clarke, Junker (Paluatua), B. Miller, Tankcrslcy, P. Liddell and C. ALacGibbou. Apologies for absence were received from Alisses E. Chatwin (Pahiatua), Al. Bryce and Rawlins, and Airs. Attwood.

Collier, Alisses V. Corke, Al. Buchanan, F. Howley, A Loamy, L. AlcDonald, N. Whallcy,, E. Tonkin, AL Kcarins, AL Bowden A. Douglass, B. Stevens, Aitkcn and ,J. Hunter.
Suggestions were put forward as to future programmes, and members ar-rnnn-cd to visit tho Palmerston North hospital and provide programmes for the patients as convenient.
