A Constantinople message states that Dr. Trotsky, who was expelled from the Central Committee of the Communist Party in Russia in 1927, and whom the world has almost forgotten, has at has been granted a visa to visit Czechohas been granted a visa to visit SzechoS'nvakia for three, months, leaving his wife as a hostage.
