A plot to Bolshevise the whole of China is revealed in documents seized by the Shanghai police in conjunction ■urith the arrest of Noulens, alius Vandereruyssen, an alleged Soviet agent "who was recently. handed over to the Chinese military authorities. The Nanking Government to-day released the translations in English and French of the documents, in addition to photographs of a most important character and most incriminating, to all newspapers, and proposes dispatching copies to foreign governments in oTder to reveal the extent of the Soviet intrigue. Ihe case is attracting world-wide interest.
