Reason Prevails in Cotton Dispute
(British Official Wireless.) Received Friday, 9.30 p.m. RUGBY, Aug. 14.
Tho decision at Manchester to-day of the cotton operatives to negotiate with their employers on the “more looms” system about which a serious trade dispute occurred during the winter is regarded as an important advance towards the reorganisation of the Lancashire cotton industry leading to an increase of the industry's competitive power iu foreign markets.
