Charged With High Treason

United Press Association. —By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright. BERLIN, Aug. 13. Following hundreds of arrests of Communists, tho police raided a Communist propaganda school in Thuringia and seized- much material. The police are arraigning the principal and 42 pupils on a charge of high treason.
