CREDIT OF FIVE MILLIONS GRANTED. ... BUDAPEST, Aug. 13. An agreement has been reached in Paris by l the; Banks of France, Holland and Italy, to grant Hungary a £5,000,000 credit for eighteen months. This is a .sequel to the recent three days’ closing of the Hungarian hanks owing to the failure to obtain a £7,000,000 international loan, since when withdrawals have been rationed.
