Perth's Newspaper Strike

ISSUES PRODUCED UNDER DIFFICULTIES.

With the help of the heads of departments, typists and other free labour the newspaper West Australian produced an eight-page issue to-day. The -afternoon paper, .The Daily News, is managing to produce a small paper in similar fashion. The strikers are picketing both offices. The West Australian has received 300 applications from skilled operators and others offering their services.
