YOUNG RUMANIAN HEIR LONDON, July 29. One of the world’s youngest motorists is the nino-ycar-old Prince Michael, the heir to the Rumanian throne. Ho drives a British baby car over steep roads, and is occasionally accompanied by the scven-ycar-old daughter of the King's secretary, M. Dimitrcscu.
