Murder Charge Against Coats

PRISONER FINALLY REMANDED. Per Press Association. WELLINGTON, Aug. 6. Preliminary proceedings in connection with tho trial of George Errol Coats on the charge of murdering Phyllis Avis Symons will be commenced in the Magistrate’s Court on Wednesday. When Coats appeared and was further remanded to-day, Mr Treadwell offered no objection, saying he understood that this was to be the final remand.
