The Speech from tho Throne said the commercial agreement negotiated with Australia “will t I confidently believe, bo of advantage to both our countries, This agreement manifests the desire of my Government to enter into similar trade agreements with other parts of the Empire,” Tho Imperial Economic Conference adjourned last November to reassemble at Ottawa in the latter part of the current year, has been postponed because of circumstances which prevented representation at the Conference of all the Dominions of the Empire, It is confidently believed when this Conference rc-assembles an Empiro trauc agreement of advantage to all its parts may be consummated.
