Feilding Civic Club

GLIMPSES OF HOLLAND Members of tho Feilding Civic Club were entertained at tho club luncheon yesterday by an address by Dr. H. H. Allan, of tho Department of Scientific and Industrial Research, on a visit to Holland. Tho speaker, who was formerly attached to the staff of the Fcilding Agricultural High School, engaged the attention of his audicnco witli an altogether fascinating account of his short visit to the land of the tulips.

On tho motion of Messrs. L. J. Wild and A. 11. Atkinson, Dr. Allan Was accorded a unanimous vote of thanks, in acknowledging which he promised to speak again on a future occasion.
