Restricted Permits
The number of permits being issued to persons wishing to enter the earthquake area is gradually diminishing and tho applications being granted have, in tho majority of cases, been given to builders' representatives who have actually received contracts. A number of employees of the Napier and Hastings Borough Councils have also been given permission to return.
