Nelson Shows its Gratitude
NELSON. Last Night. The Nelson College Governors oiler to accommodate up to five boys and five girls from the stricken area in theii boarding department free of charge for one, two or three terms as may be necessary. Various resolutions of sympathy with Hawke's Bay mention the fact that the kindly, generous and practical sympathy given Nelson and the AA’cst Coast at the time when they suffered from a similar disaster is still rind will ever be remembered.
Solway College Will Take Ten Pupils
MASTERTON, Last Night. The Solway Collcgo Board of Governors to-day decided to take ten pupils of tho devastated earthquake areas as boarders for one year free of cost.
