This concluded the examination, and Mr. Jamieson then moved that bankrupt’s furniture be not taken from him. This was seconded bv Mr. Killiek and carried. After a short discussion, Mr. Byeis moved that tho bankrupt be publicly examined and this was seconded byMrs. Butcher and carried on a show of hands. Assets and Liabilities. Bankrupt’s schedule showed a do. lieicncy of £l2l 17s lOd. Debts to secured creditors amounted to £lls, the securities being valued at £35. The unsecured debts amounted to £6lO 19s lid. Stock was assessed at £lO3 and book debts were expected to produce £8 5s Gd. Cash and bonds were set down at £63 0s 7d.
