Non-Stop Flight From Malta
CAPTAIN BARNARD’S PEAT. British Oflicitil Wireless. Received Sunday, 9 p.in. RUGBY, Aug. 3. Captain Barnard, who left Lympne aerodrome yesterday in a flight to Malta and back, in two days, arrived at Croydon at 6.20 o’clock this evening. He flew 1300 miles, non-stop from Malta. Cunningham in Queensland Received Sunday, 9 p.m. SYDNEY, Aug. 3. The flier Cunningham was expected to reach Camooweal last night from Cloncurry, which he left at 2.30 in the afternoon. Tho airman proposes lo leave Wyndham next week for Biraa, on route for England.
