OYER 4000 PASSENGERS United Press Association.—By Electri* Telegraph.—Copyright. Deceived Sunday 7 p.m. LONDON, Aug. 2. Tho building of Cunard’s projected express liner on the Clydo estimated to cost £6,000,000 will be assisted by the Government to the extent of the Board of Trado undertaking at a premium a portion of tho insurance which the market cannot accommodate in the ordinary manner owing to the vessel's exceptional dimensions. The Government is also assisting in the insurance of the sister ship. Cunard’s intend to build the largest end ■ fastest liner in tho world. The ship will have a tonnage of 75,000, a speed exceeding 30 knots, a lengtn of 1000 feet and accommodation for over 1000 passengers. It is expected to regain the Atlantic blue riband for Britain with this leviathan.
