Fine and Milder An anti-cyclono is still located over the South Island but is losing intensity. Tho pressure is still rather low to the cast and north and has fallen further over south-eastern Australia. Winds moderate to strong southerly to south-easterly north of Grcymouth and Kaikoura, decreasing gradually; elsewhere light to moderate easterly to northerly. Seas (New Zealand waters): Still rough iu Cook Strait area and north of Kaikoura, elsewhere smooth to moderate. Tasman Sea: East to north winds in the eastern Tasman Sea, moderate gen daily but freshening later in the southern portion; seas smooth to moderate. Weather Still some showers in the eastern districts north of Kaikoura and north of Auckland, some light showers also later in Povcaux Strait; elsewhere mainly fair to fine. Temperatures slightly milder.
