Dalgcty & Co., Ltd. report having held a very successful clearing sale on account of Mr. D, "W-. Haliburton at Baukawa, Ashhurst, on Tuesday. Thera was a very large attendance of tho public and very keed competition resulted. The cows, which were principally young Jersey and Jersey Cross, had all been tested under the Manawatu Herd Testing Association and showed an average of 3361b5. for tho past season. The complete herd realised the satisfactory average of £l3 335. A very nice .line of 5 rising 2-yr. Jersey heifeis r.w.b. made £l6 10s.
