The marriago next ' week of the Signorita Edda Mussolini to Count Galeazzo Giano it regarded as of supreme importance to the future of Fascism, insofar as the Dictator’s daughter is being married to the son of Signor Mussolini's nominated successor. Tho question of a successor to Signor Mussolini has long been an active problem. Many names have. been submitted but the coming marriage is generally regarded as setting a seal to the nomination of Count Constanzo Giano. One hundred and fifty members of the important new Industrial Council, comprising representatives of the employers and workers’ organisations, who aro entrusted with tho organisation of Italy’s schemes of production, were sworn in to-day. . Signor Mussolini, in a speech, declared that the council would be Italy’s general stag of industry, agriculture, commerce, banking and maritime transport. \
