Late Rates Maintained at London Wool Sales
LONDON, March 26. At the wool sales 9095 bales were offered, including 1480 from New Zea* land. About 5100 bales were sold. There was a largo selection of gTeasv Merinos, principally topmakers’ sorts, and an cxcelent supply of scoureds, A good tone prevailed and late rates wc-ro fully maintained. New Zealand realisations: Greasj crossbred, top price IOJd, average 9|d. best greasy halfbred ll£d; best supei balfbred slipes, CMC Eclipse, Is finest slipc crossbred lambs 12id.
