Martinez to establish a Dictatorship. General Barrera is believed. to have secured, the support of tho majority of tho Barcelona officers. The Government, without waiting for tho King’s signature, appointed Prince Carlos, of Bourbon, the King’s brother-in-law, to succeed General Barrera. The Prince went last night to Barcelona, where there is talk of open rebellion against the Government’s action.
