Cinderella Feet

You can do a lot for your feet in odd minutes. When you are sitting, keep the toes pointed downwards and the insteps arched. Spare a few minutes each night and morning to sit on the edge of the bed and bend the feet upwards and downwards from the ankle. You can brush your hair or do your nails at the same time. While you are waiting for the bath-water to run in, walk three times round the bedroom, once on the toes, once on the heels, and once on the outside edges of the feet. All these exercises, by arching the instep and contracting the foot, will actually make the feet smaller as well as stronger.
