Too long have people been held back in life; being unable to give expression to their real personality and ability, because of physical inferiority.’ Those interested in physical culture and health should make a point of hearing Mr. Alfred Blaxall’s lectures, which commence to-night (Tuesday) in the B.S.A. hall, George street. On Thursday evening, Mr. Blaxall will give a demonstration of American and Continental physical culture, men’s health and strength exercises and women’s corrective and poise exercises.
