In the third round of the men’s singles at tho tennis tournament at Wimbledon ‘ to-day, Jean Borotra (Prance) beat Turnbull, 6—3, 6 —l, 5 6—4; "Von Kehrling (Austria) beat Raymond (South Africa), 6—3, 7—5, 6—3; Kingsley (England) beat Wetzel (Germany), 6 —3, 4—6, 6 —3, G~-0; Nigel Sharpe (England) beat de Morpurko (Italy), 6—2, 6—4, 4—6, 6 Boussus (France) beat Coen (U.S.A.); Austin (England) boat Brugnon (France); Tilden (U.S.A.) beat Prenn. Others winners were Landry (France), Kozeluh, 'limner, Cochet (France), Hennessey (U.S.A.). All of them had hard struggles. In tho second round of the ladies’ singles, Miss Tapscott (South Africa) beat Miss Barbier, 4r—6, 6—l, 6 —l. In tho third round of the ladies’ singles, Misses Wills, Nuthall, Ryan and Lycett and Senorita d’Alvancz had easy victories.
