GERMANY OBSERVES DAY OF MOURNING
ANNIVERSARY OF TREATY.
United Press Association —By Electri* Telegraph—Copyright. Received Friday, 2 a.m. BERLIN, Juno 27. The whole of Germany to-morrow observes the equivalent of a day oi mourning on the tenth anniversary of tho signing of tho Versailles Treaty. Demonstrations will be largely militarist, backed by the Nationalists and Ccntreists. It is hoped to sec SO,OOO at tho Berlin stadium, where a solemn denial of tho “war guilt lie” will bo made. The Reichstag will simultaneously listen to a similar declaration, signed by President Hindcnburg, all tho Cabinet Ministers and representatives of all tha parties.
