i VISIT TO WINDSOR. British Official Wireless. RUGBY, June 23. The Prince of Wales celebrated his thirty-fifth bii'thday to-day. His Royal Highness spent the afternoon in the country- at Sunningdale. During the morning he drove to Windsor to see the King and Queen.

Flags were flying from the government buildings yesterday in honour of the Prince’s birthday. Several government departments observed a holiday.
