The Daily Express Cardiff correspondent states that the: regular and steady increase of Welsh coal exports is being maintained. South Wales is rapidly regaining her foreign trade and the colliery owners are competing for some large Australian contracts. Consumption on the Contifient is greater than production, both Belgium and France finding difficulty in supplying their home markets.
