BULGARIAN PRISONERS KILLED OR ILL-TREATED
SHOTS ACROSS BORDER. Times Cable. Received Monday 7 p.m. SOFIA, June 23. Serbo-Bulgarian frontier tension- is increasing. Tho Serbs are concentrated in a camp near Dolnalubata. Of GOO Bulgarians who were arrested round Basili-grad, most were ill-treat-ed and others killed immediately. Serbian soldiers shot three Bulgarian peasants, one of whom was a woman and unprovokedly firqd on a Bul-garian patrol within Bulgarian territory.
