From. Our Own Correspondent. Among the successful competitors at the Winter Show in the home industries section were Alesdames Wilton, Wiggins, Duncan and Aliss O. Kedshaw, all of Hiwinui. The two first named arc very consistent exhibitors and do much towards encouraging local interest. The Hiwinui euchre club held its usual fortnightly evening oil Friday. There was a fair attendance and the prizes were won by Airs. Ashwood and AJ.r. Eaiscn. Air. and Airs. Duthio gave an enjoyable little farewell evening to Airs. J. Faulkner, who is leaving here to reside in Palmerston North. Air. Arthur Faulkner is a visitor to Bunnythorpe.
