BRIDGE PARTY
On Monday evening Mrs. McPherson gave a very enjoyable bridge party of five tables. Mrs McPherson wore a frock of black georgette and those present were Misses Struan McPherson, crimson georgette; Dorothy Rodgers, black taffeta; Eona Rodgers, pink crepe de chine and lace; Peggy Nathan, pink silk lace; Elaine Wall, black taffeta; Madeleine Cockayne, puce embossed georgette; Nancy Bagnall, apricot silk velvet; Patricia Keeling, black georgette; Margaret Bendall, pale green taffeta; Eldred Doroles, green crepe de chine; Dr. Denny Gillies, blue georgette; also Messers Paul Rodgers, Owen Mildon, Dr. Yates, D. Morrel, Frank Bendall, Stewart Mountain, Tup Keeling, Austin Edwards. A prize given was won by Eldred Dcroles.
