CHURCH SERVICES

The usual services will be held at the Cuba Street Methodist Church tomorrow, the Rev. W. B. Cuming, of the Wood ville Methodist Church being the preacher at 11 a.m. and 7 p.m.. Mr Cuming will also conduct the 2.30 service at the Longburn Church, after which, the sacrament of the Lord’s supper will be dispensed. A very cordial invitation is extended to all to worship with us. ‘lf you have no church home, make our’s Tour’s.’ Special services covering the “Month of May" will be inaugurated at St, Paul’s * Methodist Church tomorrow when Rev. J. Ernest Parsons will occupy the pulpit both morning and evening. Most of the houses in a wide area round the church have been personally visited, and literature advertising the services distributed, so that large and interested congregations are expected. The morning subject will be “The Secret of Power," and the children’s talk will be on “The Ant Lion." A great evangelistic servicei will be held in the evening when the subject will be “When Jesus passed By." Miss Maisic Bennett will bo the soloist. Tbcro will be a song service at 6.40 p.m. The preacher at Mi Ison schoolhousc a l .: seven o’clock will bn Mr C. Woodley. To-morrow will be observed as Bible Sunday in St. Andrew’s Presbyterian Church. Special sermons will be preached by Rev. G. T. Brown, M.A., who will take as his subject in the morning, “Back to the Bible," and in the evening, “The Bible in Human Life."
