TO COST £320. COUNCIL 'WILL DO WORK IF \ AUTOMOBILE CLUB PAYS. On the recommendation of the reserves committee, the Palmerston North Borough council last evening decided to make a number of important improvements to the motorist camp site at the Esplanade. With a view to assisting the Automobile club to carry out improvements the incoming council is to be recommended to place the sum of £IOO on the estimates .
