There are no assets the total amount of the debt, with the exception of £3O, being ow r ed to two nhsecured creditors. £2,003 is bankrupt’s liability to Thomas Hoult of Feilding, and £1,200 his liability to T. C. Burton, another Apiti farmer. An amount of £3O is owed to E. Cheyne ,a storekeeper of Utuwai.
