GARDEN FAIR
To-day" at the residence of Mr. C. Turner, in Albert street, Palmerston North, a garden fair is being held for the purpose of raising funds for the Hokowhitu school grounds and swimming baths. Tho grounds will be open to visitors at 2.30 p.m. Every possible attraction is being held and in the evening the grounds will be brilliantly lit up, for the evening’s entertainment of dancing, music, and. the several sideshows." ‘ Parents and friends are cordially asked to do all they possibly can to swell the funds already in hand for this worthy cause.
