Paste a strong envelope inside a cookery book; it is handy for holding loose recipes. ' Never uso a damp cloth when taking pyrex-ware out of the oven, as it is liable to crack the glass. Always keep a clean, dry cloth handy.. Never cook a cauliflower in water unless a quarter of a cup of milk has been added. This prevents the unsightly dark colour often scon in cauliflowers when cooked.
