AMONG WILKINS’ PLANS. , United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright. Received Thursday, 7.40 p.m. NEW YORK, Feb. 27. A message from Lima (Peru) states that Sir Geo. Wilkins passed, through there to-day en route for New York aboard the steamship Ebre. He indicates that he had mado plans for an Arctic Polar exploration thi3 summer in a submarine, or he would possibly make a North Polar trip with Graf Zeppelin before returning to the Antarctic in September. He also intimated he had planned the establishment of meteorological stations on the south polar continent, with a ten years' programme of weather forecasting for all nations in the Southern Hemisphere.
