As a result of playing an ineligible member in the quartet competition Woolston (winners) were disqualified and St. Hilda placed first and Timaru Municipal second. Tho points originally awarded were: Woolston 84, St. Hilda 83, Timaru 82, Palmerston North 81. Apparently Palmerston North will now take third place.
