The influenza epidemic is seriously retarding tho work of the London law courts. No fewer than six High Court judges, including Lord Chief Justice Hewart, are at present in bed, also five police court Magistrates. Other victims include the King’s cousin, Princess Helena Victoria, Lord Denbigh and Lord Asthfield and also M.M. Poincare and Briand.
