United Press Association—By Electrit • Telegraph—Copyright. Received Sunday, 7 p.m. NEW YORK, Jan. 19. Sir Esme Howard announced on Saturday that Messrs. Morgan and Young aad accepted the invitation to serve an the Committee of Experts to consider the German reparations. Mr. Perkins will act as Mr. Young’s alternate and Mr. Thomas Lamont as Mr. Morgan’s alternate.

"The Committee will not revise the Dawes Plan but will complete it,” declared Mr. Young.
