BOWLING
INTER-CLUB MATCHES. Two rinks from the Feilding BowlingClub will visit the Palmerston North Club’s green this afternoon to endeavour to wiu the Aiuslie Shield at present held by the latter club. Palmerston North rinks will be as follow: Boon, Hansel, Goldfinch, Mathcson (skip); Morris, Tozer, Baylis, Crump (skip). On Saturday the Palmerston North Club will have to defend the Dixon Cup, against Pahiatua, and the Manson and Barr Cup, against Mannwatu. W. W. Jones, Paton, N. H. Nash, and W. Crump (skip) will represent the club in the former contest and J. H. Nash, Stephenson, Brown and J. A. Nash (skip) in the Manson and Barr Cup game. The Manawatu team in tho latter match will bo Holdaway, Davies, Kershaw, Radford (skip). All three games will bo played on the Palmerston North green.
