TOKYO. Five educators are to bo recommended for elevation to the peerage. They are doji Sakurai, president of the Imperial Academy; Shosdke Sato, president of the Hokkaido Imperial University former student at Johns Hopkins apd American exchange professor in 1914; Banae Takata, president .of the Waseda University; Sankichi Sato, emeritus professor of Tokyo Imperial University, and Eikichi Kainada, ex-president of Tvoio University and cx-Mluister of Education.
