MANAWATU ASSOCIATION MAKES MINOR ALTERATIONS TO ITS RULES.
At a special general meeting of the Manawatu Boxing Association, held last evening, two minor alterations were made to the Association’s rules. Rule 16 was amended to read: ‘The financial year shall end on March 31. and' the annual general meeting shall be, held during tho month of April in each year.’ As the Association was revived only last April, members would have had only half a year’s boxing for their subscription, under the old rule, tho year ended on September 30. Under the amended rule, the subscription now holds good until March 31. Rule 19, dealing with the headquarters, of s the Association, was also suitably amended.
