It is .reported that agents of Northcott in California, engineered the coup to prevent the girl from giving testimony in the Northcott case, in which Gordon Northcott and his mother await extradition on charges of the murder of four boys at a chicken ranch near Pasadena. ' • A later report indicates that the flight was engineered by the California police to prevent any recantation of the statement at the extradition proceedings.
