United Press Association —By Electric Telegraph —Copyright. NEW YOKE, Oct. 9. Dr. S. Parkes Cadman, chairman of the China Famine Belief Organisation in New York, has received information of the massacre of about 200,000 persons by fanatic Moslems in the Kansu Province of China. Dr. Cadman received a letter from Mr. Leighton Band, of tho China Inland Mission at Lanchowfu, Kansu, depicting that the horrors of the famine situation were intensified by a' Moslem insurrection in which thousands wore massacred and villages pillaged and burned.
