INVITATION TO SIGN KELLOGG PACT SENT ON TO DOMINIONS

Received Wednesday, 1.55 p.m. LONDON, July 31. .'it . is officially announced that the french invitation to Britain and the Dominions to sign the Kellogg pact in Paris on the 27th has reached Sir Austen Chamberlain, the Foreign Secretary. Copies instantly were transmitted to Australia and New Zealand and the hope a expressed that both would mark the big occasion by separate signing.
