JURY AWARDS £650 DAMAGES. Per Press Association, HAMILTON, Last Night. The Supremo Court today awarded £550 damages to Nicholas Alach from James Cochrane Cleland for fraudulent misrepresentation in an exchange of defendant’s farm at Ngatea for plaintiff’s farm at Piopio. The jury found defendant had falsely represented the carrying capacity and buttorfat production. Judge Blair allowed defendant seven, days to move for a new trial.
